Before useing
First Step before use
Heat-resistant ceramic clay is absorbent.Please be sure to take this step before use.
It also has fine holes, which can cause the pot to not boil or leak water when shipped from the factory.
This process will prevent stains and mildew and prevent odors from sticking to the pot, thus ensuring a longer service life.

Seal Fine Clay Holes
Heat-resistant ceramic clay is absorbent and may not boil easily when first used. There are fine holes and water can leak out. Before first use, add 80% of full water and a teaspoon of flour to the pot and heat. This treatment allows the starch to fill the fine pores of the clay pot, preventing water leakage and making it easier to boil. This process also prevents stains and mildew, and prevents odors. This treatment must be given before the first use.

<PROCESS>

Wash off dirt from the surface of the clay pot.

Heat over medium heat, being careful not to scorch, and turn off heat after boiling. The starch will absorb into the tiny holes, preventing water leakage.

You can use it when you are done. If the water still leaks or does not boil after performing the process once, perform the same process again.
